Kite Instructor

We are looking for a certified and experienced kite instructor to join our team in Punta Chame from December until April.

We offer competitive hourly pay, accommodation and breakfast, plus plenty of time to enjoy some of the best kiting conditions in Panama.

Ideally, we are looking for someone who can join us for the full season.

Kite House Volunteer

We are looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help with the day-to-day running of the Kite House and create a great experience for our guests.

This is a work-exchange position. In return for your help, you receive accommodation, all meals, use of kite equipment, and plenty of free time for kiting and enjoying Panama.

We preferably look for volunteers who can stay for the full season, with a minimum commitment of 3 months.

Kite House Assistant Manager

We are looking for a friendly and organised person to join us as our Kite House Assistant Manager.

The role includes helping with reception, guest communication, check-ins and check-outs, organising day-to-day activities and generally helping everything at the Kite House run smoothly.

This is a part-time position and includes accommodation, meals and use of kite equipment. The role is designed to leave you with plenty of free time to kite, enjoy Panama. Ideally, we are looking for someone who can join us for the full season from December until April.
